Quality

Our products are subjected to in-house quality checks. We also work very closely together with the steel manufacturers and our suppliers to assure and guarantee the required qualities.

Furthermore, the dowels and tie bars produced by us are subjected to continuous quality monitoring by Technical University of Munich, Institute of Road, Railway and Airfield Construction. The products are regularly checked with regard to the requirements according to ZTV Beton-StB 07, TL Beton-StB 07 and DIN EN 13877-3. The required values, with respect to the coating thickness, the pull out resistance (dowel) and the resistance against alkalies (dowel and tie bar) are achieved by our products at all times.
